If everything looks OK, you’ll get an email with a password and username a day or two after sending in this form. If you are a current client (already have a site maintained by 3Polars), we’ll get to work on your template right away. *If you don’t have a site with 3Polars, custom templates are $99 and can be edited endlessly.
